Description	A structured leadership development program equipping women with the skills, confidence, and professional networks to take on leadership roles in business, government, civil society, and community governance. Participants complete a 6-month training curriculum, receive personal mentorship, and join a cross-country alumni network of women leaders.

The Challenge

Across Africa, women and girls face systemic barriers to education, economic participation, leadership, and equal rights. Gender inequality is not just a social injustice, it is a development crisis. When half of a community is excluded from opportunity, no community can reach its full potential.
